First Watch Digital ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We collect information directly from you when you fill out a form on this website, send us an email, or otherwise contact us. We may also collect limited technical data automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- Deliver the free audit you requested

- Send you relevant follow-up information about your audit and our services, where you have given consent via our form (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve this website and our services
We will not use your information for any purpose that is unrelated to the above without your consent.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use trusted third-party service providers to help us run this website and deliver our services, including analytics, website hosting, secure data storage, email, and image hosting. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

Overseas disclosure

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymous data such as pages viewed, time on site, country, device type, and basic interaction events (like form submissions). It does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information through this tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, or session recording tools.

Security

Retention
We retain personal information for up to 12 months from the date of collection, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless an ongoing service relationship exists.
Access, correction, and deletion
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
